Goals and Objectives:
Goals To foster a community (online and in-person) that encourages the discussion of issues related to records management and promotes a better understanding of the importance of collaborative efforts between archivists, records managers, and information professionals.

Objectives:

To promote responsible RIM practices in the archival profession, in general, and the NEA community, in particular.
To discuss emerging trends, issues, and topics that impact our work as archivists, records managers, and information professionals.
To encourage greater collaboration between archivists and records managers through activities, events, and discussions held online and in-person.
