The Vendor Coordinator’s responsibilities include: attending Executive Board Meetings and the Annual Business Meeting; working with vendors to solicit donations and support; maintaining contact with members of the board to determine sponsorship opportunities; maintaining a vendor database; soliciting newsletter advertising; and invoicing vendors.
